Tool Library
The Reserve Condos Tool Library is available to Unit Owners who can borrow basic tools for maintenance needs. Please contact Hayley to make arrangements to borrow any of the below tools. Tools are loaned out on a first come, first served basis. If you have any gently used tools you would like to donate, please do let Haley know.
You must complete a Tool Waiver each time you borrow tools.
Please use them respectfully, and take good care of the Association's property.

Tool Library Policies
No contractors/landlords. The Tool Library is a program for Unit Owners to maintain and repair their own living space and the common area. Tools are for Unit Owners only and are to be used for common area maintenance, or at owner and family occupied Units only.
Tools and equipment are loaned for 1 to 7 days. Failure to return the tools and equipment by the due date will incur late fees and suspend privileges After 30 days, unreturned tools and equipment will be assessed at full replacement cost to the Unit.
Tools must be returned to the Property Manager or a designated individual. Tools cannot be dropped off during closed hours.
Tools must be returned clean and cords coiled or you will be subject to a $5.00 fine.
General late fees per tool/per day are as follows: $5.00 per day.
Unit Owners are responsible for lost/stolen/broken and damaged tools – reasonable wear and tear excepted. If tools are lost/stolen/broken or damaged, the Unit Owner is responsible for: (a) Notifying the police if stolen and reporting to the Property Manager; and (b) Cost of replacement/cost of repair of lost/stolen/broken/damaged tools.
Borrowing privileges will be suspended until all assessments, utility, and late fees are paid in full.
